I seldom have a reason to comment on a class I have taken. Yesterday's class is the exception. I will definitely recommend your classes as long as you have instructors like Mike Cottle. Knowledgeable, but does not hesitate to state "I'm not sure, what do you think?" He made the class feel at ease, most ACLS classes have a high anxiety factor, his did not. I walked away from my first ACLS class knowing nothing. I could almost quote you everything he said and demonstrated. I actually learned in his class. I am extremely impressed, and that doesn't happen often. My compliments.
